The Robotics and Artificial Intelligence course aims to:
Develop a foundational understanding of key concepts and real-world applications in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Foster competencies in Robotics and AI through a combination of classroom instruction, laboratory experiments, and self-directed, project-based learning.
Enable experiential learning by engaging students in hands-on activities that promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving in the context of Robotics and AI.
Instill AI-readiness skills by introducing essential AI concepts such as Data, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Introduce the AI Project Framework, helping students understand how AI-based solutions are designed, developed, and evaluated.
Develop basic computational thinking skills, including foundational programming in Python, to help students implement logic and build intelligent systems.
Promote ethical awareness by familiarizing students with the ethical considerations and responsibilities associated with the use of AI technologies in society.
